Audition

I recently sent in an audition for the upcoming TNT contest you can read about here. Between being sick, and trying to find a place to shoot between bouts of rain, I didn’t put forth my strongest effort, but I don’t think it totally sucks. Sadly, the only place I could eventually find to shoot was my back yard. The sun was in my eyes, so I’m pretty squinty. Anyway, if you want to check it out, the file I uploaded to the contest can also be found here.

Catching up.

So I’ve been working, and I’ve been a little sick, and I’ve been playing a couple of oddball games online. First, go to Annihilation X and help me out. Just click on my link once in a while to help me kick ass. I can win actual prizes, so be a pal and click it.

So here’s the one you can play for free. Kingdom of Loathing.

I’ve got a couple of movie reviews to put up too.

More soon.

New Stuff

You may notice that the banner at the upper left now links to my email address rather than to my CafePress store. Nobody bought anything, and I just got an email server running, so I figured I’d put the link to better use. Notice the email address that pops up reads: someEATguyTHEnamedSPAMMERSjoe@someguynamedjoe.com. As you might have guessed, to send the email, you’ll need to remove the bold text.

Also, I’m now offering tutoring services. I’m mostly targeting folks around the Paso Robles, Atascadero area, but I’d certainly be willing to try long distance tutoring if anybody is interested. I want to thank Bernard Teo for the kick-ass program Postfix Enabler, which allowed me to relatively easily set up my server’s built in Postfix email server. I’m gonna donate via PayPal as soon as I finish this. I’m probably going to pop a quick article over to Lockergnome as well. This program rocks.

Hell, if anybody out there is actually reading this, I might even give you a someguynamedjoe.com email account. Be aware that some servers are bouncing back the messages I send from here. I’m not sure precisely why yet, but I’m gonna see what I can do about it.

Peace, Love, Recycle.
